We’re experts in MEMBES and have successfully implemented CRMs and digital platforms across associations. We also leverage EventsAir to deliver seamless delegate experiences from registration through to post-event reporting.

True Synergy have been supporting CASANZ since 2005 and provide a full-service offering including office management and secretariat services, membership management, executive management services, financial management, website content management, communications and marketing, training and events management, including their biennial conference. True Synergy also manages their Certified Air Quality Professional program and supports the Editor to produce a quarterly scientific journal. True Synergy provides a General Manager, responsible for the development and delivery of the Strategic Plan, in association with its Council.
True Synergy provides office management and secretariat services, membership management, accounts services, website content management, communications and marketing, and event management. The team works closely with the APPMA General Manager to support the business operations which includes many large scale local and overseas exhibitions.
True Synergy provides secretariat services, office management, membership management and corporate governance services to support the Executive Committee in the day-to-day management of the association. The team works closely with the Executive Committee and varying sub-committees to ensure statutory and legislative compliance by progressively developing bi-laws and guidelines and to deliver enhanced member services.
ARPAB manages the certification program of professionals working in Radiation Protection, across several industries. True Synergy provides secretariat services to the Board, manages accreditation applications, and administers the program in general. True Synergy has supported ARPAB to improve the branding and recognition of their accreditation program, establish Memorandums of Understanding with key partners, curate advertising campaigns, produce regular newsletters and explore educational webinar opportunities. Being a small association, True Synergy works with a small budget to deliver maximum value for ARPAB.
Established in 2019, True Synergy have supported FAMANZ the start. Commencing with secretariat services and general consulting advice, True Synergy has been instrumental in supporting the FAMANZ Board to grow membership, increase member services, curate events and raise their branding and profile via social media. Having delivered their inaugural conference virtually, True Synergy now curate their annual hybrid conference, assist with website content management, CPD management and a host of other services.
True Synergy provides secretariat services to the AETM management committee, manage their members and website via MEMBES and curate their annual conference and networking exhibition. The AETM committee are careful to balance time invested in True Synergy services, using committee member power where possible. True Synergy are empathetic to AETM budget constraints and are conscious about partnering with the committee to get the jobs done and deliver professional member services.
