Key Personnel

Vicki Callaway
Director
Vicki has had extensive experience in administration and office management over the last 17 years including a large part of her career as a Human Resources Manager for a global IT consultancy company.  Five years ago, her career headed in a different direction and Vicki became the Administration Officer for a not-for-profit society.  Since then, Vicki has gained extensive experience in the Association Management arena and established True Synergy in 2008 to provide professional administration management services to socieities and associations.

Karen Brown

Membership Manager

Karen has a wealth of experience across a broad range of administration and membership management, including circulation of bulk-email campaigns.  Karen leads the database and membership management team and has a keen eye for attention to detail and maintaining accurate and up to date records.

 

Val Crosslands

Accounts Manager

Val is an experienced bookkeeper who has managed the Accounts Department for a broad range of businesses and associations.  Val undertakes the full range of accounts activities and ensures accurate accounting records including MYOB and BAS through to delivery to the accountant for tax and auditing purposes.  Val is also able to offer advice on the streamlining of business accounts, budgeting and forecasting needs.

 

Dr Arlie McQueen

Executive Management Consultant

Arlie's experience includes the leadership and management of not-for-profit organisations and the development, promotion, delivery and evaluation of various educational programs, seminars and conferences.  Her involvement with numerous charitable organisations over the past 20 years has resulted in extensive experience in policy development, implementation of strategic planning, management of stakeholders and effective communication including public relations.

 

Arlie has established targets for fundraising, obtained corporate sponsorships, developed business plans and budgets and undertaken cost-benefit analysis on various programs.  She has advised and represented Boards of Management, supported staff through structural change, networked with government departments and worked with volunteers.

 

Owen Baker

IT Consultant

Owen has worked in the Australian IT Industry for over 20 years and is well respected for his consistent track record of delivering successful IT projects on-time and on-budget.  He founded ITRegister which was one of Australia's first IT resource consulting companies in 2003 after recognising there was a need to deliver high quality IT solutions to small and medium sized businesses.  Owen has previously held senior management roles with local and international ICT organisations such as Hewlett-Packard and DWS, and is currently a Technical Director with C3IT Solutions and acting CIO for Bill Lang International.
